Huge Interest from 27 Countries in Educational Chess

The Judit Polgar Chess Foundation presented its educational chess programs Chess Palace and Chess Playground at the Meeting of Hungarian Weekend Schools on 21 February in Budapest.

After the presentation, all 114 participants from 27 countries from Europe to Australia took part in workshops, where they could get familiar with the tools and teaching materials and get some ideas how to use them in the classroom. Since then we have been receiving inquires from enthusiastic teachers from several countries, who would like to introduce the program for Hungarian kids living abroad.
